New phone, Trade hold. :: Steam Mobile

New phone, Trade hold.

Bought a new phone and moved my Steam Authenticator to the new phone from the old phone, and now I have a trade/market item hold for 7-15 days.
I have used Steam Authenticator on the old phone for ages and would like to continue trading/marketing items on the fly. How do I stop this trade hold and continue using the Authenticator properly?

"After transferring the authenticator, any new trades or market listings will be held for a couple of days to protect your items in case your authenticator is ever transferred by a malicious person. See our Trade Holds FAQ for more information about trade holds."

Also would like to mention the new phone and the old phone use the exact SAME PHONE NUMBER.
I am confused as to why my items are being put on hold, as I have been using the Steam Authenticator with this phone number ever since the Authenticator was released.

Which way did you do it? Did you disable it at anytime during that process?

I used the transfer method. I did not disable the authenticator at any time.

I think it's normal actually. Pretty sure I've had a similar issue, but in my case it was involving the desktop authenticator.

how many days is couple of days in method 1?
