This excuse will not work, nobody reported you, your account was caught guilty by an automated system called VAC.

Pretty weak excuse.

VAC Ban is Permanent. No one and nothing can or will be done to remove it.

VAC bans are permanent. You can try to contact Valve but all they will do is laugh in your face <3 I have multiple on my account from over 900 days ago. And they will be there forever </3
