From the bottom of https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

Concerned your credentials are saved on another device?
Click below to deauthorize all computers or devices, other than this one, that you have previously used.
This security step is recommended if you previously used a public PC or accidentally saved your password on a device that isn't yours.

It says that other than the device you are using to deauthorizing the account. If you don't do that step the person hacking you still has access to your account and by choosing that option in the bottom, the hacker won't be able to access your account

I belive if an api was registered you would need to revoke it. If there wasn't an api that was registered then you are go to go.

Correct me if I'm wrong to anyone that know more information about this.

No problem make sure you don't download any sketchy things, click on random links before checking them, and always check to make sure you are not using a fake steam login page.

It should be a pinned item if this scam continues. ( Not that anyone ever reads the pinned threads )....
Normally when a stranger tries or gets access to an account there will be an E-Mail from Steam.
This E-Mail contains a link and with this link you can shut down your account to prevent any dammage till you get back access to it.

So is this here the new version where the hacker doesn´t change your passwort and e-mail so you don´t get this e-mail, because you still have access?

Might be, he was trying to manipulate me into trading my items with the VACBOT#9753 account. Although he told me to trade them to an alt or to a friend so I'm not really sure how he would get to those items himself.

Deauthorizing means just logging out of all devices you are logged in, so if hijacker is still logged on your account he would need to reenter the password and mobile auth code, normally changing password should do it but the extra security doesn't hurt :P

You gave away your login/pass and mobile auth code, hijacker logged on your account and could change some stuff, after you would send a trade to anybody the hijacker bot would auto cancel it and set new offer where you give everything for nothing to the "vacbot" hoping you would accept it on mobile without looking and thinking you are just sending stuff to your friend
