i have been game banned or vac banned for cheating

i havent used cheats on my account ever and i m not sure if my brother has but he has not had access to my account how is this possible it says its becuase of another user sharing my library but i havent shared my library and i wouldnt like to do that in the first place i hate the fact i cant play my favorite game for no reason ive spent so much time and money over the years and now i havent been able to play for over 2 weeks please help me clear this up as i didnt break the rules i can assure you and you can revoke my family sharing if thats what it is i wish i never had it on i cant believe this i want to die please help meeee

How do VAC bans relate to my phone number?

VAC bans are applied to all accounts sharing a phone number at the time of the infraction. For this (and many other) reasons we do not recommend sharing your phone number or using another user's phone number on your account. Accounts sharing the phone number that do not own the game the VAC ban is for will still receive a VAC ban and will not be able to purchase the game moving forward.

There are no restrictions placed on phone numbers that were on an account when the account was VAC banned; phone numbers can immediately be used on new accounts.

Note: This feature is not enabled for all games and is used at the discretion of the developer.

This is the VAC forum, where you are supposed to discuss the VAC system.
You dont post ban appeals or anything related to game bans here at all.
Go take it up with the games developers. Unless if the ban is from CSGO, these are permanent.

Second griefing ban: Permanent.

2. Majorly disruptive (cheating -aim/wall/other external hacks): Permanent.
