Falsly Banned By steam Cybercrime lead to ban my account and other guys and friends [SERIOUS STORYY]

Cybercrime lead to ban to my account and other i know in real life and police got invloved
I got banned on this account because a hijacker stole my user name and passwords of my other account that was connected to the same phone number with all security measures on !!!. Today, while scrolling through my Steam account, I noticed for the first time that it was banned for phone sharing. I was shocked because when this account got banned, I had no clue why. Lately, I've been receiving weird codes on my phone number for the hijacked account. The hijacked account was stolen from me despite having all security measures in place. This incident involves a cyber criminal who works at an internet gaming cafe, and the police got involved.
Many years ago, when I couldn't afford to buy a PC, I used to play at an internet gaming cafe. The cafe saved our usernames, passwords, and email credentials because we had to authenticate through email. It turns out that a staff member on the main server was involved in this cybercrime. After a few months, I started noticing strange things happening, such as matches I hadn't played. Eventually, I received a major Overwatch ban, and some of my friends experienced similar issues. We reached out to people on the official page of the cafe to inquire about these unexpected bans. We reported the matter to the cyber police department, not expecting much, but they did investigate and discovered that a staff member had been spying on all players. The staff member was sentenced to three months.
To summarize, my account was stolen despite taking all safety measures, and I cannot be blamed for going to a cafe to play games because we were kids who couldn't afford gaming PCs. So, I believe that this account was banned due to the hijacker on the other account with the same phone number. It's not my fault that someone at a well-known gaming cafe was stealing our accounts. If it somehow is my fault, then why was this account banned too? What did I do on this account to get banned just because my phone number is the same as the hijacked one? I was helpless and only realized this today.
You keep telling me that Steam cannot remove the ban because securing my account is my responsibility. But in my case, how am I guilty? I did everything I could and couldn't prevent it. The inventory in this account is worth $2,000, which is a significant amount for me. I understand your policy about not unbanning accounts when the account owner fails to secure it, but how am I guilty when I couldn't do anything to prevent it? Moreover, I created another account using the same phone number and got banned again after a while. I kept thinking maybe I had done something wrong, but now I understand everything. So, what should I do in this case? $2,000 worth of items shouldn't disappear just because I am innocent. If you can't unban this account, at least let me transfer my items and start playing again.
This ban should be removed, or you should allow me to move my items because I have invested thousands in this game. I haven't violated any terms of the agreement, and all security measures were in place. I even requested a copy of the court judgment in English just to prove the truth of my story.
I am just desperate about the situation. $2,000 is not a small amount of money.

I NEED MY ACCOUT AND/OR MY ITEMS BACK .. THE LEGAL DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SHARED WITH STEAM SUPPORT ONLY AND THE RESPONSE ARE COPY PASTED JUST NAME OF SUPPORT AGNET AND THE GAME HE PLAYS CHANGE

Yes it was your fault and that ban is permanent and will NEVER EVER be removed now please go away

Too long didn't read.

A ban that old is never going to be removed and the items are forever locked to the account.
Nothing say, post, or scream will ever remove it. You are responsible for the actions on your account.

You not liking answer will not make it less correct. Your account (or linked one) was used to cheat. Your ban is correct. It doesn't matter who used it to cheat.
You willingly played in internet café even tho Valve itself is warning against it. So it's your fault.
Linking multiple accounts to the same number is also not recommended, so again: it's your fault.

I'm not sure what you expected posting this. Cheaters are too selfish to care about other people bans and regulars heard stories like yours hundreds of times. It doesn't matter if your story is true or not, your account got banned correctly.

Did u read the whole story ?

I dont enjoy reading Fiction, Im more of a Non-fiction type when I read, I dont like BS stories. What is NOT BS is that you have a permanent VAC BAN and no matter what BS novel you write and you spew that ban is never ever going to be removed...

i mean u have a point and i agree with u, but it keeps me wondering.. why dont steam at least offer some compensation the loss ? sometimes poeple get fooled dont they deserve any compansation rather than ruining someones game and investment ?? okay assuming its all my fault .. i was very young, didnt expect that happens in a million years and yet it happend against my well so thats it ? u lose everything ?? its hurts soo bad especially like today when i saw the phone sharing reason, ddint expect it at all coz hijackers change phone nubmers ...

Because it's very easy to fake account hijacking. Steam used to lift bans and even helped to restore stolen items. But because cheaters and scammers tried to abuse it, Valve turned to zero tolerance policy.

i think they should add a KYC program for all accounts that would help a lot in these situations

Just cause you don't like what you are told does not make it useless. And i Don't have to leave. This is a public forum. And again, just cause you do not like the information provided does not make it personal.

Honestly does not matter if your story is true or not. Nothing is going to change. Not sure what kind of replies you are hoping for. Even if everyone here felt sorry for you, this is a user forum. No one can do anything for you. The only time anyone related to valve will see this is when their paid outsourced moderators lock the thread with a copy/paste response.
