Appealing is futile.
Neither Steam Support nor anyone on this forum can remove VAC bans, even if you feel the ban was wrongly applied.
Those kind of bans are applied if a known cheat is detected while the account, or an account related to the banned one by family library sharing or phone number sharing, connected to a secure server.
In accordance with Section 1 C of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, you are responsible for all actions on your account, no matter who used the account.
VAC bans are permanent and non-negotiable, no matter the motive or reason.
Therefore, due to their futility, VAC ban appeals are off-topic everywhere on Steam.
you can look forward to another 50 years of ban.
and then another 50 after that.
do you sense a pattern ?
Temporary bans were tried and did not work.
don't try to pipe up about how VAC 'should' work. You've already proven you don't appreciate playing by the rules.
valve did temporary bans, and every cheater went right back to cheating. theres no point in testing further data there.
game cheaters don't take the game seriously in the first place, and so its too much to expect them to follow the rules.
They also don't change, rather than make a new account and turn over the leaf, they are going to sit and seethe and think thoughts like
'i shouldn't be banned' and try to influence events to their future advantage,
rather than facing the reality: 'I was banned because i broke the rules, and now this is the punishment. maybe i should try something different.'
sure, getting a VAC ban isn't a crime irl, but inside the bounds of this platform, it is penalized, and you also forfeit rights because of it, due to an account 'not in good standing.'
but every dev can make a rule for their own game. if you don't appreciate the rules they create, consider concluding use of the product.
Does anyone see a problem with that?
Sure you were just gonna spend that million on lobsters and torment them
Yes, we know you did not learn or regret anything and only want to get your skins sold.
Not that it matters, the Ban is permanent.
