I got hacked too by 3 Chinese, they player 9 minutes Rust i got VAC by them has name + yuan transaction, Steam & Luke from Rust Devs don't care ... its said only devs from the game you getting ban can unban this VAC, some said its 180 days for Rust then for life, i deleted this fkn game Rust from my account ps, lack of security (i got SteamGuard Active)

It does not matter who used the account to cheat or break other rules.

you have a GAME BAN, not a vac ban. you are responsible for the security of your account. it does not matter who was using the account when it earned the ban.

gamebans for games like CS2 or dota 2 is permanent. gamebans for other games like Rust, players can contact game devs and not steam support. but even still game devs are very anti cheating. Vacbans are permanent and no need for anyone to contact steam support, as they will automatically investigate and remove if vacban is false. global cooldowns a player have to wait it out.

TF2 game bans are also permanent.
