i got ban on pubg while playing at a internet cafe
i dont get what happen but i decide to play pubg with friends in a internet cafe and in the middle of the game one of my friend got ban out of no reason and few mins later i got ban . so i was like ohh okayyy there must be a mistake here or something so 2 days later i check on my steam and there is a notification saying " you have an account alert" that i was ban until 11 of july from the game developer but when i want to appeal to that it was a mistake i was confused on where do i go soo if there is a possible of some advice pls tell me cause idk what to do

First pubg does not use VAC it uses KSS (Krafton Security Services). No one here or Valve can remove the ban. You will have to appeal it with the game devs... if the accept appeals.

Sounds like the pc had cheats installed and anti-cheat found them. That is one of the many risks of playing on public computers and most companies do not accept that as an excuse.

Stop playing at Internet cafés already and buy a laptop or something...

But usually you won't get banned only for the ban to be removed later, chances are slim.

Also internet cafe's are very risky, i wouldn't trust any public computer with my credentials, be it mail or other accounts since nobody knows what's on them.

Could be possible malware, viruses, cheats and other nasty stuff.

If that's your case, you should buy a PC or Laptop instead of going to a compshop, you should keep in mind when going to comshop, you're basically risking your account since you wouldn't know the programs that is installed on their PCs. It is not a rocket science to not figure out such thing, just wait till your ban expires, nothing you can do about it.

You forgot about keyloggers, shady comshops mostly have this one installed on their systems.
