Report a translation problem
Sounds like the pc had cheats installed and anti-cheat found them. That is one of the many risks of playing on public computers and most companies do not accept that as an excuse.
But usually you won't get banned only for the ban to be removed later, chances are slim.
Also internet cafe's are very risky, i wouldn't trust any public computer with my credentials, be it mail or other accounts since nobody knows what's on them.
Could be possible malware, viruses, cheats and other nasty stuff.
