Your account is not banned
what exact message did you get? did you get a disconnected by vac/vac error message or a global cooldown?
vac error - https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/22C0-03D0-AE4B-04E8
global cooldown - https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/7580-7BDB-1C9A-AC67
That is a lie. Anti-lag has never caused a Game ban.
Your ban was issued 151 days ago (February 13, 2025), well after that specific driver for the anti-lag+ update (that released on Oct 11, 2023[web.archive.org]) caused VAC bans with the October 12, 2023 CS2 update but Valve and AMD both made sure the anti-lag driver update was fixed on both ends...

Basically, it is not possible to be banned for the anti-lag+ driver anymore since the game actively prevents you from using that specific driver to play the game.
Whatever your account did that caused the Game ban to be applied February 13, 2025 has nothing to do with the AMD anti-lag+ driver back in October 2023.
