You cannot appeal a CS2 game ban.

CS2 game bans can be issued for, including but not exclusively:
* frequent irregular gameplay as detected by VACNet AI or by other means, this includes premade matchmaking with a cheater repeatedly or cheating committed by yourself,
* incessant griefing by verbal abuse, in-game physical abuse or other unsportsmanlike conduct,
* botting and automation,
* manipulation of matchmaker and rating,
* disruption of gameplay on the technical level (such as DDoS attacks or causing crashes)

CS2 game bans are both permanent and non-negotiable.

Once, they thought I was wall hacking unfairly and banned me from overwatch, but then they unbanned me and the same thing happened again, it was a complete disgrace.

If you were in my situation, you would understand that I have been playing this game for years and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. The first time they opened it, if they don't open it this time, it's a big shame. They are banning the innocent instead of banning the cheats.
