Right, you premade with a cheater, intentionally AND repeatedly. You should have stopped queuing with them together after the first time VACNet detected something fishy and issued both of you temporary bans.

You profited from their cheating and manipulated your matchmaking rank. You don't have to cheat by yourself to do that.

You don't get banned if you coincidentially had a cheater on your team, but you WILL get banned if patterns expose the intentionality.

You cannot appeal a CS2 game ban.

CS2 game bans can be issued for, including but not exclusively:
* frequent irregular gameplay as detected by VACNet AI or by other means, this includes premade matchmaking with a cheater repeatedly or cheating committed by yourself,
* incessant griefing by verbal abuse, in-game physical abuse or other unsportsmanlike conduct,
* botting and automation,
* manipulation of matchmaker and rating,
* disruption of gameplay on the technical level (such as DDoS attacks or causing crashes)

CS2 game bans are both permanent and non-negotiable.

We Did like max 3 games , and I never knew its bannable if I play with a cheater ? And no rank it was like 2v2 game no rank just fun.

Playing with or against cheaters does not cause your account to be banned. This is an old excuse that has never worked.

if that was the case then every CS2 player will be sitting with a ban. gamebans for cs2 can be given for one of a few things and its permanent

If you premade with them it's bannable and you might have gotten banned for that (don't matchmake with them after you had a temp ban because of irregular play of one of your premades. You should have gotten the hint after the FIRST temp ban), if you got them assigned randomly it's not and something else was the ban reason.

Either way, appealing is futile.
