I didn't cheat I did not do anything yes it was 19 days ago because I was trying to contact Valve for this

no one from valve is going to remove the ban. steam support has nothing to do with game or vac bans.
cheating is not the only way to get a game ban. cheating, griefing, account boosting, or other rule violation depending on the game can result in an account getting a game ban.

it does not matter if you or someone else used the account to cheat.
