Have you considered that i just lived my life and after X years my MW2 nostalgia hit again, so i had to whine about it. Otherwise i'm just not that invested in forum posts.
Check my achievements, i'm the man(more or less), have been since...
How does this matter? The system is not here to change you. It is to combat The financial detriment that cheating presents.
I'm sure it is to you. But what benefit would unbanning you provide to anyone other than you?
And no mercy was shown
You probably are a different person, and I hope it was an expensive lesson to learn not to buy Steam accounts.
You CANNOT modify Activision games AT ALL without it resulting in a ban.
ALL aspects of Activision games are VAC secured. Even the main menus.
1 VAC ban on record | Info
3194 day(s) since last ban
That ban is correct or it would've been automatically removed a LONG time ago, it will never be removed.
VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.
VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Why the account was banned:
all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).
Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.
Asking about a 3194 day old ban is not largely moving on is it?
No. They are clearly still trying to get it removed.
The best thing you can do is stop trying to defend users who ask questions that they already know the answers to.
Now of course if they choose to continue engaging that's on them, and they're going to either have to learn to take it or stop on their own, but at the very least they are making an informed decision and not falling into a trap that they think they can win or get somewhere due to not seeing what's going.
Logical discussion? Ban threads are NOT even supposed to be here. It's a place to discuss the VAC system, not bans . No, It is NOT a place of ridicule and name-calling, it is a place of asking for people to defend against baseless accusations.
cheat detected = account banned
No one cares what "story" these users tell BECAUSE no one here banned the account. Valve doesn't care BECAUSE they're not here, user only forum and you CANNOT appeal bans here. No, what I dislike is you telling banned users that it is right to post here to defend themselves against what? VAC? An anti-cheat program that can talk? Smooth advice.
All you look like is user that condones cheating and the majority is NEVER going to accept that. Valve certainly doesn't
