No, what's amusing is after so much time you still never read the info telling you that VAC bans are permanent.....and you also seem to think age matters to VAC. It does not.....and funnily enough you were "interested" enough to make this thread.

That ban is correct or it would've been automatically removed a LONG time ago, it will never be removed.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.

VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Why the account was banned:

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

Just ignore them, they're well known for this type of badjacketing the fact that you've largely moved on and became a better person instead of harping on it over and over makes you better than they are. There are some people who's whole life is in this forum, who post mainly in this forum for almost 20 years either to complain about being banned, or ridicule others for being banned. The best thing you can do is not engage with it at all.

I'm going to continue to stick up for people being dogpiled by others with baseless claims without evidence to them, who also have long histories of doing so. I will also continue to discourage participation in this forum, because this is not a place of logical discussion. It is a place of ridicule and name-calling, it is a place of asking for people to defend against baseless accusations, where any denial of them is claimed to be proof of them. It is not logical, it is not constructive, this has a name for it, it is known as a Kafka trap[en.wiktionary.org]. You dislike that I call this out because when most people know this and know that it is useless to argue, they don't, and sometimes, they block the people doing and ignore them.

Now of course if they choose to continue engaging that's on them, and they're going to either have to learn to take it or stop on their own, but at the very least they are making an informed decision and not falling into a trap that they think they can win or get somewhere due to not seeing what's going.

No one cares what "story" these users tell BECAUSE no one here banned the account. Valve doesn't care BECAUSE they're not here, user only forum and you CANNOT appeal bans here. No, what I dislike is you telling banned users that it is right to post here to defend themselves against what? VAC? An anti-cheat program that can talk? Smooth advice.
