I dont understand i banned, im not smurf, im not cheater why, i wanna unlock my account just unlock please i can identify my id and other just unlock please

Well if you're not a smurf or a cheater then that leaves toxic personality.
your ban is permanent, this is not an appeal forum no matter what you say.

After more than 500 days you should know by now that it is a game ban and that cheats are not necessary. Furthermore, the ban is permanent and cannot be removed.
