Я купил новую сим карту и прошел регистрацию, через некоторое время прилетел банк, пожалуйста убедите, клянусь ни разу в эту игру не играл, только честно, скрины жалко

Бан навсегда.
Блокировка VAC окончательна, не подлежит обсуждению и не может быть снята службой поддержки Steam.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it

first and only thread and you had the ban for 3301 days already, in other words the ban is as old as the profile. So question is, how much did you spend on the profile
