Cheats aren't necessary for a game ban, as there are several possible reasons.
No one can tell you the exact reason.
If the ban was issued in CS2, it's permanent and cannot be removed.

You don’t have to cheat to get a game ban. It can be for variety of things. But regardless you cannot appeal it regardless if it was a game or vac ban.

Why don’t you go and ask the one who gave you the cheating program ?
They don't have have a special forum for you ?
