a vac error is not a ban. not being able to play does not mean you have a ban.

you have a vac error, something on your computer is blocking vac. you have to fix it if you want to play on secured servers.

common fixes - verify game files, restart steam, restart the computer.


also, your account is compromised, secure it


If you have access to the account

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. If points were stolen, do a password RESET to cancel the awards/points before they are delivered


Please review how you are logging into Steam or handling your log in information. You somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.


if you dont want to take account security serious, dont come back later like the thousands of others that willingly (you have done that already) gave away their log in and gave some random stranger access and control of the account. your name shows you did this already.

you are not allowed to use the name/avatar to advertise 3rd parrty sites. each time support steps in and resets the name/avatar, you get a cooldown that prevents you from changing your profile. it only takes a few infractions to get a 1 month cooldown.
