So... Why is your little brother even on your steam account let alone your computer then? Why give him access to it all? Are you perhaps, by any chance sharing your steam account with your little brother?

Are you aware that sharing your steam account with your little brother is against the terms of service and could very well result in your account being terminated by Steam...

Stop sharing your steam account with other people...
