Do not try to rebuy RUST on a new account. EAC bans by HWID.

In accordance with Section 1 C of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, you are fully responsible for all actions on your account, no matter who used the account. This includes actions that occurred as the consequence of fraudulent account access by phishing or malware, be it input relay, session token theft or any other method that granted a third party access to your account.

EAC bans will also take effect while you aren't playing[www.easy.ac] and also apply to the account even if the account was hijacked.

find it hard to believe that your account was "hacked". Rust devs are very anti cheating, and if the person cheated, then the ban will not be removed. FYI this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum
