It doesn’t matter who use the account, the account cheated. The account gets banned. Your account security is your responsibility not steam.

If buying some subscription service each month is too expensive for you, then video games really aren't for you... Video games are a luxury, not a first priority... Having a stable income however is, or do you rather want to live on the streets later on?

And just like i said in your own post yesterday, if you are below the age of 13 (Which wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if you are) then you shouldn't even be here on steam at all as you need to be above 13 to create a steam account.
