VAC constantly kicks for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason

I get VAC kicked because it says something on my computer is blocking VAC.

This is literally a clean install of Win 11 with all updates applied and latest drivers. I have repaired the steam service. I have repaired the game files. I have restored the boot settings. I have restarted computer. I've stopped overclocking any component. I have uninstalled antivirus.

Like what the actual ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with VAC? Your software QA is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.

What typically causes this error?
There are a number of common software conflicts that can cause this error. If you are running any of the following software, please disable it while playing:

CCleaner
Powershell
Cheat Engine
IObit Start Menu 8
DLL Injectors
Hypervisors
Steam Idlers

Given the number of players online. I'd bet the problem is on your end. May it be a temporary issue or not.

make sure to forward the steam ports.. add steam games to your windows firewall..

Don't have any of that software installed or running. I forwarded the steam ports with windows firewall and just again today after doing that got the same VAC can't establish connection error.

Have put over 200 hours into CS2 and have seen this error 50+ times across multiple Windows 11 installations and computers. It's outrageous how bad VAC software is, makes this game unplayable for more than an hour.
