I don't quite understand the text, but it sounds like you're either sharing an account or one of you hasn't properly protected your account.

In either case:
Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

By the way, after almost 500 days, you should have known that by now.
