Your account is game banned. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum. Game bans can be issued for reasons other than cheating!

i dont get it then why i got game ban? i am chill guy and every thing i dont know can i mby fix it to get unban??

It is a permanent Game ban issued by VacNet for cheating, griefing or boosting though.

you are responsible for the security of your account. does not matter who used it to cheat. this is a common policy for many games now. they dont care who was in control of the account, the only thing that matters is that it broke the rules.

if your account was hijacked (because you somehow gave away the log in) around the time of the ban, then there is a good chance that the person that hijacked your account used it to do bad things.

make sure you figure out how you gave away the log in. if you dont, the next time an account is stolen from you, it may be one that is far more important and valuable then a gaming account.
