I got Banned from Dota 2

So I have this newly made acc to play Dota and already got placed on crusader through calibration. But then after 2 months of playing I just got banned for some reason with no warnings. My behavioral score is 9k and it is my highest MMR standing to any of my ACC, so basically it's not smurfing, I also don't know how to cheat and had never cheated on any acc ever.
What I wanna ask is how do I pledge them to remove the banning and how to like know what caused my banning.

You need to contact the Dota 2 devs, they're the ones that banned your account. Not sure if they accept appeals or not though

In the meantime all of the official information is in the info link on your profile page, it's right next to the ban notice

accounts are free to make and dota 2 is free to play. Gamebans for Dota 2 or CS2 can be given for one of a few things and its permanent

dota 2 aka Valve will not accept appeals. AKA permanent. Besides OP gameban is over 2 years old
