Both bans however are permanent and will never be removed...

look like both of you can't even get it right. Both of you got gamebans and not a vacban. Vacban are for cheating. If the gamebans are for CS2 or Dota 2, then it can be given for one of a few things and its permanent

i just dont get how they ban anyone for no reason i legit havent even touched a software or anything im just confused and i can't be asked to use 13 euros again and again just to play for a year to get premiere

Ban for "no reason" is the oldest used excuse on here, besides the "My X hacked into my account, installed cheats and got me banned"

It has never worked and will never worked, you are not "banned for no reason".. There is always a reason why you end up getting either game banned or vac banned...

Valve isn't bad, you are for breaking the rules somehow that resulted in your ban... And if Valve is so bad, why are you even on their platform playing their games to begin with? Anyway, there is nothing you can do besides making a new account and then simply moving on... Which shouldn't be that hard considering you're replying from a freshly made level 1 throwaway account with 1 single game on it..

And no, there is nothing to appeal as game bans can't be appeald... And neither is this the place to appeal any sort of ban.
