UNJUSTLY BANNED
230 days ago my account was stolen my inventory was transferred. 1 month later I got my inventory back when I logged into the account I saw that I was vac banned. You can also check from the logs. I have been writing to support for 200 days and there has been no response. I have given my life to this game. While the real cheats are rampant in the game it is unacceptable and unfair for a veteran like me to be banned. Please unban me.

I was not using my account when it was VAC banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.

While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

Veteran? Your account is three years old..........
Is 3 years not enough? The material and spiritual effort spent? also I am responsible for the theft of the account, okay but I already bought the account. I got banned after I bought it! Especially when cheats are rampant in the game and everyone is making fun of CS2, how right is it to ban unfair people?

" Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility."

.....and buying accounts is worse than a VAC ban.

Dude, are you disabled? There is no one who bought an account in the story I told. If you don't understand, at least don't comment.

Dude, are you blocked? I ask again. My account was stolen and I got the stolen account from the person who take it in real life.

Can you read?

It does not matter who used the account to cheat.

Valve explains it concisely in the Steam Subscriber Agreement:

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system. Valve is not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your login name and password by you, or by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.

VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Why the account was banned:

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

Yea, you should stop wasting your time, and their's also.

They already answered you in this matter anyway. See that "info" button they placed next to the ban notice on your profile ? It's next to the red text that they placed there also.

Yea.

This is all answered there already for anyone with a VAC ban.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed.

"Can I appeal my VAC ban?"

No. VAC bans cannot be appealed. If a VAC ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation, but Steam Support --->does not<--- manually remove VAC bans applied to accounts for any reason.

https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4044-qdhj-5691#appeal

SEE ?

You can't appeal a VAC ban and Support CANNOT remove them. :steamfacepalm:
