Hello, dear VALVE, I got blocked by mistake on my previous account and now after purchasing Prime status I was banned again. I ask you to sort out the situation because I didn't use any third-party programs. I hope this is a mistake and ask you to unban me please. nobody from valve is here, you have a game ban and it will not be removed (if the game ban was from cs2)
