Dear Steam Support Team,

I’m reaching out because my Steam account received a VAC ban back in 2018 while I was playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Since then, I haven’t been able to play online, and I strongly believe this ban was applied by mistake.

I want to make it clear that I have never used any cheating software or hacks in the game. I have always followed the community rules and never intended to gain an unfair advantage.

I understand that VAC bans are permanent and usually not removed, but I kindly ask you to please take another look at my case. At the time, I never received a clear explanation of the reason for the ban, and I am fully willing to provide any information needed to prove my innocence.

This account is very important to me, both because of the time I’ve invested and the memories it holds. I sincerely appreciate your time and attention, and I look forward to hearing from you.
