5-7 kills with ak47 and got disconnected with VAC

Hello together
after updating CS today I played it, testing the new Mainboard. (ASUS Prime b450m a-ii).
Played death match.
Got disconnected while playing the 3rd match and did 5-8 kills in a row with an ak47.

"Issue with the PC blocks the VAC.
no stable connection to the VAC-System possible (Ping 15ms)
using software which modifize the game or its elements and makes the game incompatible (no)"

After clicking the "ok"-button another popup shows up and says to me, that I should make safe that no software is on that could attack VAC-System and that Steam is correct installed

What is VAC and what happened here?
May b update failure? GPU texture failure?
man, 5-8 kills in a row.. thats like christmas and birthday together for me^^

hey Aluvard, Thank you for advice. Uninstalled the NVIDIA App (Overlay feature) and played another 3 rounds death match. Until now, no problems.. disconnected, but only, because the specific server shut down.
