Every Valve game has an anticheat, it is called VAC = Valve Anti Cheat.

Vac doesn't work, it doesn't see paid cheats, Vac Live is also sleeping, maybe you should think about another anti-cheat?

"patrol ban"? thats not a thing or something ive never heard of

Note how it says "at a particular time" meaning that in this case you can not speak of an epidemic, since people been cheating at these games for yeaaaaaars now.
