Бан по ошибке

Здравствуйте.

Я уважаю правила платформы и никогда не использовал читы или сторонние программы в игре.

Возможно, блокировка была вызвана ошибкой, техническим сбоем или сторонним софтом, который не имел отношения к игре.

Прошу вас пересмотреть моё дело. Я готов предоставить дополнительную информацию, если это потребуется.

You have neither a game ban nor a VAC ban.

If you received an in-game message containing the word "VAC," don't immediately assume it's a ban and read the message word for word.

How can you not understand me? I'm not on Steam.And at v Csgo I go to CS And I have a vac there but I don't play with cheats
