My account was stolen and I received a VAС

Hello,

Please consider my petition concerning the blocking of my Steam account. I am confident that my account was hacked andutilized by outside parties without my awareness.

At one point, I lost access to my account — 05/27/2021 about 4 years ago I observed peculiar activity: settings werealtered, unfamiliar games were launched, or the password/email was changed. I immediately contacted support and recovered access.

Subsequently, I discovered that my account was VAC-blocked or a game with cheats was detected. I wish to stress: I have never used prohibited programs and have consistently followed the Steam community rules. It is probable that the perpetrator who accessed my account used cheats.

Please consider reviewing the blocking, sinceit was initiated by the attacker, not my own deeds. I can supply additional information or evidence of the hacking attempt if itaids the investigation.

Negative. Your petition will not be considered. Every steam user is responsible for the security of his or her account.

Also, you were hit with a ban 4 years ago. Why go public with this issue only now? Or could it be that you were deceived into buying a banned account?

Nope . Vac bans are permanent and can’t be appealed doesn’t matter who was using the account be it yourself a hacker or Jesus Christ the ban will be there until the end of time

Steam accounts do not get hacked, they get hijacked after the owner is careless with his password. either by falling for a phishing scheme or installing malware or by visiting external non steam skin trading sites.

Sure, you can always write, but did you write to steam support, or did you write here in the steam forums?

Because its pointless and a waste of time, bans are permanent and never get removed once it has been established that the ban is correct.
your ban is very much correct, if you did not want a ban you should have been more careful what you did with the account.

No. Eventuali ban aggiunti a un account rimarranno in vigore indipendentemente da chi stava utilizzando l'account al momento in cui si è verificata l'infrazione. In definitiva, l'uso e la sicurezza del tuo account Steam sono di tua responsabilità.

Anche se capiamo quanto possa essere frustrante, è nostro dovere mantenere una politica di tolleranza zero nei confronti dei cheater, in modo da favorire un ambiente di gioco in cui i giocatori possano divertirsi.

Come posso sapere il motivo per cui ho ricevuto un ban del VAC?
I ban del VAC sono applicati quando un account o un account che usa il numero di telefono associato ad altri account si collega a un server protetto dal VAC durante l'esecuzione di software di cheat.

Valve Anti-Cheat controlla regolarmente i file di gioco di tutti gli utenti connessi ai server di Valve per assicurarsi che non vengano utilizzati software di terze parti che forniscano vantaggi ai giocatori. Se vengono rilevati software di questo tipo, verrà emesso un ban del VAC.

Questo divieto è corretto, altrimenti sarebbe stato rimosso automaticamente MOLTO tempo fa; non verrà mai rimosso.

hence the interest in not going to dubious unsecured sites, or downloading infected data... it is well known for the theft of steam accounts.
I suggest you use another computer, rather than the current one, because I assure you that it is infected...
