Account hijacking happens when the account owner is careless with his account credentials, why would Valve unban you? you are the reason your account was used to cheat.

You're expected to know how to keep your account safe. If someone else is using your account for any reason, anything they do with it is your fault.

Too bad things don't work that way, right ? OH ! And your account's ban is not a VAC ban.

It's a game ban. If only there was something like red text on profiles literally explaining what ban the account had, as well as an "info" link next to that further explaining everything about the ban.

You were never hacked. You willingly gave away your account info to someone who then used it to cheat. As far as Valve cares, that's a legit reason to remain banned.
