You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity on your account. That ban is permanent and it will not be removed.

Your ban is nice and old. Doesn't matter what story you make up, as it is permanent and cannot be removed

66 hours playing Space War, OP may or may not be a cheat, but he sure is someone that doesn't like paying for their video games.
