oyuna girmememe rağmen steami açtığımda vac ban yediğimi öğrendim çok saçma

It is a permanent and irremovable game ban, not a vac ban.

A game ban is issued with a delay, so your violation occurred some time ago.

So what you were doing at the time you received the ban doesn't matter.
