Unfortunately, brother, no one will remove it for you. I have the same issue; I've never played with cheats, yet I have this ban for "external software because someone checked the video XD". It is funny, and something like this should never have happened.

Tell me, dear user, where should we report such things? When I write to support, no one can resolve the fact that I received an unjust ban, and everyone writes a copied template of the same message every time. Nothing to remove as OP is NOT banned. Cheating is NOT the only reason GAME bans are issued. Breaking other rules in the game can get you banned.

but what does it have to do with what they say in the guidelines when I got an unjust ban for supposedly "watching videos and using software" when I never had cheats, I have seen a ton of videos on YouTube where YouTubers got bans for the same reasons as me and after 10 days or 20 days they received unbans. ...

Everything I write to support is ignored and replied to with the same message as always, which directs me to the form that makes no sense to me in this case, when I know I haven't cheated and that I've always played fair. No one had access to my account, no one logged into it but me. I have screenshots, I have video of my gameplay. When I write to support about this, I keep getting the same rule, so who am I supposed to write to if not the community? No one is able to help me; everyone has left me with this without any assistance.

I have been given the reason for this ban, I can read and know what they wrote, but it means they watched my game and said I used software when I have never cheated. A lot of people from YouTube got such bans and they received unbans after some time.

Steam Support does not have the tools to remove game or VAC bans.

My good friend is a YouTuber, and he had the same mistake as I did with the same ban rule, and he got unbanned after 24 days.

all of this is the negligence of your community by this stupid system of banning for nothing I will never understand how you can have such a big game and ban someone for nothing I and my friend and many other people are victims who really did not cheat I know it's hard to believe that a guy who has a block on the game says he didn't cheat but he really didn't cheat and I will do everything even if I never recover it because you have to be really lucky I will always stick to my opinion and will not allow myself to be judged for something I never did I'm not even sorry for that account in cs I'm most sorry for my account on faceit

Valve does not accept appeals.

If a ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly it will automatically be removed by the system at a later date.

No, I know, but it's nice to chat with people about what they think, you know roughly when unjust bans will be lifted.

You also claim that "No one had access to your account", but have a KNOWN scam website in your name history.

Do you have any idea on the number of items they have stolen and accounts they have used to cheat? Do a search on the forums.
