But i can suggest not to cheat as bans cannot be removed or appealed and part of the ban is the skins are permanently attached to profile

If the account has a Vac ban, that is permanent. If it is a game ban, it is likely permanent (dependent on the game), so posting from the account does not change that. If it is simply a vac error then follow the pinned topic.
