global blocking of a game with a cheater
Hello friends, I've been given a global ban for 14 days for playing with a cheater. I don't know who was a cheater and who wasn't. I played a couple of rounds and was called to help, so I went AFK. When I came back, I was banned. Please unban me. Thank you for understanding.

global cooldown is temporary, so wait it out

Being AFK or not participating in matches
A player in a Competitive match who is AFK or not participating may be removed by the server. When this happens a Competitive cooldown will also be issued. If you find yourself needing to step away we recommend asking your teammates to call a timeout.
