Skin-changers are classified as cheats, as they should be..

they work exactly like a cheat and modify protected game files/memory. They can easily make your opponents skins neon. It is not necessary for VAC to tell the difference between them as modifying protected game files or memory is not allowed anyway.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

BUT, I doubt your GAME ban has anything to do with it.... your account would be VAC banned, so it might change to that in the near future....

Maybe I'm a bit out of date, but last I remember a skin changer would result in a VAC ban, not a game ban.

In any case, CS2 game bans are permanent.

So you pirate games and cheat. Im glad to tell you that this account is toast. Lifetime ban and display on your profile. And your items are locked.
