I was playing counter strike 2 and then I was given a block for a certain time when it ended the ban was still there can you please remove it

Can I appeal my game ban?

No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

In other words your profile was caught breaking the rules. Gamebans are permanent for CS2
