طلب رفع الحظر
ارجوا الموافقة على الغاء الحظر لانني لم اكن اعرف ان البرامج الخارجية سوف يتسبب لي بالحظر الدائم

You seem to have internet access, right? Use it to inform yourself in the future.

By the way, your game ban is permanent and cannot be removed.
