CS2 game bans are both permanent and non-negotiable.

If they repeatedly premade matchmake with them and got temp banned for irregular gameplay repeatedly, but not as a form of coincidence. They should have stopped premade matchmaking with them after the first temp ban.

The ban is legitimate because OP abused it to boost their rank.

no it does not flag the entire team. You premade with a cheater repeatedly. You should have ceased premade playing with them after the first temp ban.

Don't invite them to your CS2 party and do not join theirs. Simple. Only premade party with people you can trust.
