The ban is permanent.

It will not be removed.

Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.

Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

well by looking at your profile, it is one possible game you got banned in (Rust or CS2), and devs for both games are very anti cheating and for both games its permanent. FYI this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum

You have a game ban, not a VAC ban. Game bans in Rust or CS2 can't be appealed or removed.

Your account is quite new so it might be best to simply create a new account in this case and also scan/format your PC before playing again.

I'm assuming that "harassment" might be an error in translation but if it isn't, you should report and block people harassing you. Also FYI you can delete comments on your profile and submissions, I encourage doing that for the most aggregous of trolls as it's best to not platform them or their comments (it's why Valve lets you delete comments on your profile in the first place).
