You have a game ban, not a VAC ban.

You do not have a vac ban, you have a game ban.
game bans are for many reasons, you can click the INFO button on your profile for more info. (its next to the red text that says game ban)

Its permanent btw.

you have a gameban and not a vacban. If it was a vacban, i would have said: "if the ban was incorrect then it would have been removed with couple hours to a month or two, but yours is almost three months and permanent" but like i said you have a gameban. Now, i take it, the ban is for CS2, which can be given for one of a few things and it cannot be appealed, AKA permanent ban
