you come to a community only forum to do what exactly. if you got a vac error message then you have to steps to sort your problem out, if you got a global cooldown then you have to wait it out.

Can my Competitive cooldown be removed?
No. Regardless of the reason a Competitive cooldown was issued they cannot be removed from an account.
