all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it

3000 days ago? that would have meant that you pretty much cheated while your profile was literally not even a year old. Vacbans are permanent and cannot be appealed. So create a new account and don't cheat. You talking about being a kid, when you still don't understand what "permanent" means
