for 5 years money was deposited into the account, purchases were made, no complaints were received, there are many cases when the VAC ban is removed simply after many years, I am counting on a reasonable reaction from the VAC system, and I really hope that I will be able to continue to use the account in full as it was 5 years ago

Correct bans are never removed. If you think posting here will magically remove your ban, think again.

even the strongest systems sometimes make mistakes, and I know that I didn't use cheats and didn't ruin the game for people, if I know that the truth is on my side, then I will do everything to prove it, no matter how many times they write to me that there is no point in it

VAC bans are exclusively issued for cheating and are both permanent and non-negotiable.

You can still save yourself the trouble; there are plenty of reasons for it:

A) If there really were cheats on the other person's PC, it's your own fault. Valve often warns you to only use PCs that you are absolutely sure are clean.

B) A VAC ban that old has already been checked multiple times, so your VAC ban is 100% correct.

C) The highest authority you can contact is support, and they have no way of removing a VAC ban.

D) The VAC forum only has regular users.

They don't even read these forums and even if they do they can't remove vac bans they don't have the permission to do so.
