consulta por posible VAC

el 17 de julio me entro un virus a mi pc y me robaron las cookies me robaron la cuenta de microsoft que tenia creada con el mismo correo de gmail y el hacker conciguio todos los nombres de usuarios y correos electrónicos que tengo. lo que sucede es que el día jueves en la tarde un amigo me habla y me pregunta si me hackearon la cuenta ya que le llego un link al privado por steam seguro una estafa y hoy entre a jugar cs2 y veo una notificacion de suspencion de vac irregular anulada, la verdad no me acuerdo del mensaje pero entre al historial de partida y habían 3 partidas de premier en las cuales creo que usaron hacks, intente de ver las repeticiones pero dice que la demo no esta disponible en la version del juego que tengo, estas partidas se jugaron ente las 1 y 3 pm, mi amigo me hablo a las 9:52 pm de que le llego el link y ahí fue cuando entre a steam para ver los dispositivos en los que se avían iniciado secion y avía un dispositivo desde Rusia. se que la seguridad de mi cuenta es mi responsabilidad pero no entiendo como pudieron iniciar secion sin el código de verificación de la aplicación mobil. mi pregunta es si me pueden llegar a caer VAC por esto.

Your account is compromised.

DO NOT TRADE ANY ITEMS OR YOU WILL LOSE THEM.

Steps to take NOW:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave away your log-in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake log-in, or you using a third party site to log in to Steam.

Once you are sure you have regained control, you can start trading again. Please triple check any trades you make to be sure they are going to the correct account.

After you have secured the account, please edit your profile back to normal, if it was altered by the hijacker/scammer.

The account is not banned but IF the account gets a VAC ban, it will be permanent.

It does not matter who used the account to cheat.

Valve explains it concisely in the Steam Subscriber Agreement:

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system. Valve is not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your login name and password by you, or by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision.

No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.

While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.
