My friend used a hack while playing please remove the hack so he won't make this mistake again .

You have a game ban, not a VAC ban. It's still permanent.
You aren't allowed to let other people use your account. If your friend was using it, you are still responsible for it.

Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.
