VALVE BAN WRONGLY
WHY I AM BAN VALVE? I am not smurf or what im just a regular player that play fun. idk y u ban my acc and i just somethimes play dota not everyday. if u can proper review my recent i did not play regularly cuz of my job. and when i open my account when i want to play , I am shock cuz u ban my account for accusing me for a smurf please unbanned may account so i can play again and review it properly for the players want to play again dis damn dota.

Either you're talking about a cooldown, which isn't a ban and can't be shortened or removed.
You have to wait for the imposed time.
Or you're talking about a VAC error, which isn't a ban either, and there's a guide for that in the pinned topics.

By the way, there's no one from Valve or support on the VAC forum, just ordinary users.
